We offer a complete self contained solution for on site Event Merchandise selling, as well as other selling or promotional options. The mobile vans can be set up off site and moved into position then opened and ready to sell in less than 30 minutes. Each van is wired with internal lights and power points for Eftpos machines and point of sale computer if required. Shelving for stock below front and rear bench with back wall display mesh for a large range of merchandise options.

The vans are 5.5 metres in length and 1.8 metres wide with a counter opening of 3.6 metres. Two Vans can be backed up to each other to make a front selling area of over 7 metres.

Some of the major advantages of van hire are:

Security – Fully lockable for pre setup and put in place ready to use along with overnight storage without the need for security personnel or total packup.
Image – Very professional with great signage. Sign 3600mm x 590mm. You can slide in your own corflute sign if required.
Wet Weather – no “rivers” running through workplace and undercover awning for customers.
Staff – Reduced staff costs as you can leave it set up and can open/close when you want to.
Moveable – can be moved around an event if required, any vehicle with tow can tow or can be pushed by 2 people.

Compare to Marquee Hire – Hire a marquee, then hire tables, display boards, lights and leads. The marquee gets erected normally on the event day and has no secure area to lock away product thus once you start setting up someone has to be there. Also you only have the table tops to put stock on or the ground which if wet or becomes wet can damage your products. Signage for marquees is also a separate and expensive cost. If hung on marquee it always looks amateurish ( but can be used again). If sign is vinyl letters onto marquee it is expensive and can only be used once.

Costs – included with each van is equipment to fully setup a merchandise outlet. This consists of waterfalls, coat hangers, busts if preferred, spikes, cap brackets and a cash box. A generator can be supplied if required ( small extra cost ).

1 Day hire – $600 plus gst and $100 plus gst for delivery/pickup. (generator not included)The vans tow on a normal car so you can collect/return should you wish to.
